8.2 55gl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 55gl platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
8.3 55gl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 55gl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 55gl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
